My images, often captured in and around Yolo County, reflect my strong affinity for the natural beauty of the rural landscape as well as the respect for the human endeavor and working of the land. I am especially drawn to the quality of light, the colors and patterns of the local farm fields and changes associated with each season. My photography is evolving and I am continually seeking out new perspectives and abstractions of the great California Central Valley as well as visions of people and lands from travels to far-away places.
